Pick you Defensive Coordinator....... (2 Viewers)

I like gibbs, don't get me wrong. Also, we have had a ton of injuries. Gary Gibbs wasn't that great before we had all the injuries.

sooooo the common denominator is???????

ANSWER: GARY GIBBS.....

Quite Honestly, if Gibbs is still our DC next season I'll be taking a break as a fan. We will never amount to anything as long as Gibbs in on the Saints period...

We have so many injuries that Payton himself said we couldn't even run a dime package to slow down the pass against Atlanta! How much do you expect gibbs to do when you have to ask Shanle to cover a slot receiver?

I would be happy if we saw him fired today! I'm still waiting, just hoping that he is eliminated from this franchise. You let a rookie QB complete 3, third downs all longer than 10 yards in one drive, you need to be fired and spit on.

McGinnis is definitely the ideal fit...but Schwartz is on his way to being the head honcho of his own team somewhere else and McGinnis will probably stay on and get promoted to DC.

If Jaguars clean house after there miserable season I would like to see us go after Jack Del Rio or Greg Williams.

I just hope whoever it is that SP interviews some guys and weighs his options as opposed to him getting some guy he knows.
I was thinking Del Rio as well. I think his daughters attend LSU, so perhaps he would like to be closer to them.

How about Sly. Croom????? Really liked his defensive side of the ball...

Coach Cowher. He doesn't want to live too far away from Carolina (his daughters go to school there and they have a house) and I don't think he wants the responsibility and the pressure of a HC job.

LOL you think after being a head coach for some 17 years and leaving on his own terms after winning a SB, Cowher's going to want to take a coordinator job??? You underestimate the ego of a SB winning coach. In fact I don't know any SB winning coach that would become a coordinator.

My vote is for Romeo Crennel.

HOWEVER if we finish with a winning record (as it appears will happen) then you can kiss getting a new DC goodbye.

What about the Secondary coach for the Panthers? They only have ONE pass interference penalty, and are giving up 201 yards passing a game. Make him out D-Cooridinator. It weakens them and helps us.
