At this point I want either Ben Johnson or keep Rizzy. Kubiak can stay under Rizzy. If we hire Johnson then we have an even better offensive mind.

There’s no telling if Johnson will be a good head coach but we know he can coach offense.

There is a guy named Marv Levy who was a head coach for a couple decades after breaking in as a special teams coach. Went to 4 straight Super Bowls.

Marv was an intense dude like Rizzi … great comparison, actually helping to make me feel like Rizzi just might be what we need heading into the future

I wouldn't say Johnson is a better offensive mind than Kubiak. Look at all the weapons he has from all those high draft picks the Lions have had. I think KK is more creative

You do know that Levy was a HC @ California, Willliam and Mary and New Mexico long before he coached ST.

I want a Sean Payton type who can fill a roster with players despite a 59M salary cap hit from Russel Wilson, and have the team in play off position in week 12 of the season.
