At the end of the day isn't that what Thanksgiving is about empty calories.with a QB maybe 3x better than who we have (and i'm not a Carr basher) and a much better WR corps
so this stat on SR is the emptiest of calories
True, I don't think he would of enjoyed this level of success here the last few yearsBased on their history, they move him to outside linebacker and he becomes a rarely used back up who the fans complain about because he gets exposed in coverage and some fans wonder aloud why they don’t use him as a pass rushesr cuz he was good in college while the other half argues that he doesn’t have to profile to be an NFL defensive end.

Can we just let this go? He's gone. But he chose to leave. Yes, it was for more money. But constantly bringing this up won't change the past.
... and if I am reading the stats correctly, Hendrickson so far counts for 60% of the Bengals' sacks (19 total).Prostate-specific antigen - and the Bengals have the same record as the Saints this season…
Classic case of Loomis' ego hurting our team. Trying to prove Davenport was not a huge mistake, he refused to pay Trey. Then blundered again with Turner.
Just classic Loomis arrogance.

Do you even know who got paid that year when the decision was made? Hint: It wasn't Davenport.
It was Marcus Williams, in part. We took money, that could have been used to sign Hendrickson, to franchise Williams in what turned into a one year rental before he left as well. I get the OP's frustration. I share it. Loomis' front office has made personnel blunder after blunder in recent years. It stings watching Hendrickson rack up probowl seasons at DE (a major position of need) on a totally manageable contract.Do you even know who got paid that year when the decision was made?
