i saw this on another board and wanted to know what teh consensus was.. i'm guessing no one wants this guy if we could swing a trade with only giving up a second rounder or something.
he is a distraction but we have enough character guys to keep him in check.
his numbers in this offense will be sick and he will win, so he'll be happy....
very risky but just a thought..

I don't know what people see in Moss. Yeah at one point he was good but his last year was horrible. And its wasn't just the QB. In the Raiders games I saw he dropped alot of catchable passes.

I think Randy would be a good thing on this team...however New Orleans has to many things for him to get into trouble with around town.

But then again the right people coaching him and player pressure to grow up he could do some good.

With that why not try to get him for a 1 year deal and if he does the team some good...then look at getting him for 3 more year's.

With a strong veteran QB (Brees) and a team with a lot of discipline (Saints) Moss would be good and won't be a distraction. I really hate when people compare him to TO b/c his is not TO. I heard that Oakland only wants a 3rd for him and that Favre has said that he wants GB to go and get him. IMO he would be good for the Saints and won't be a distraction.

This season when he did interviews with ESPN speaking out againt his coaches, team, owner.

This season when he was doing interviews with national radio talk shows and talking about how he wished he was playing elsewhere.

Last season when he admitted to smoking weed and getting around the drug tests.

I try to ignore Moss because he is an idiot but I do remember those.

I think he was just upset with the team for the most part. Oakland was horrible this past year.

I think it would be interesting for him to be in black and gold but not necessary.
