I dont think the colts would be a bad fit but I doubt they want to sign and pay for another injury prone back considering the issues they have had with the rb position and injuries.

It would probably be the worst fit.
What? How so?

They use a running back by committee offense, so Reggie wouldn't be carrying the bulk of the carries (just like New Orleans). Plus, they're known for getting their RBs involved in the passing game (just like New Orleans).

Why would the Colts be the worst fit for him?

As much as Reggie ****** me off, I don't think I could see him in another uniform. Although I may easily forget about Reggie when Ingram destroys other teams (hopefully)

Peyton usually makes players better.

But so does Brees.

As much as I like Peyton, I dont think he could get any more out of Bush than Brees.

I'm not sure Reggie's production would be any better at Indy than it is here (which isnt much).

His production would rise by just getting more touches.

if I could critique one thing about the way we use reggie its his routes. he is frequently a dump off guy who just sits with his back turned to the defense and waits....

we should be using him running and cutting and in position to catch......

make a sharp slant and drew hits him on the run and boom he slips by a hapless lb and has a crease to run in.....

a lot easier than having to start from a stopped position with your back to the defense....

Reggie with the Colts would be similar to Reggie with the Saints.

Reggie wouldnt see a huge increase in snaps.

This myth that "The only thing holding Reggie back is the amount of touches SP gives him"

Please. Reggie is a very talented player, but he is just not good against certain defenses.

How many games did he put up double digit negative yardage?

How many games is he getting clipped at the line of scrimmage, or running out of bounds?

The only thing holding Reggie back is his health and his vision. If he can stay healthy a full season, he could get about 700-1000 all purpose yards (punts, catching, and rushing)

This myth that CJ2K is somewhere lurking underneath Reggie's skin, and just waiting to be unleashed is the biggest crock of ****/

How about instead of trading Reggie, we just trade the so called fans who keep making posts about Reggie being traded or cut? I mean you gotta make the move while those fans still have value. If at all possible we need to avoid trading em to a division rival. Falcon fans suck and most are bandwagon fans. I wouldn't want to get taken in a trade with the Falcons. Besides, they could probably just wait until Bush resigns and then they could pickup those fans on the open market for little or nothing. We won't get maximum value trading them to the Bucs. With all the jail problems they're having, they have too many holes to fill. Our best bet would be trading them to Carolina. They need some fans and anyone we get in return would be hungry to cheer for a winner. I say we trade the Bush thread starter fans for some Carolina 3rd year fans this year and a fan set to be determined based on where they finish next year.

It's the X factor, which are his injuries. It's as though,he's an injury magnet while on the field.
