You would think it needs to be a team with a SB-worthy QB on the roster, pair them up with Bill and let the rest take care of itself.

Well BB apparently signed a very lucrative extension this past offseason. No one knows the terms or for how long. So how does that factor in with this rumor? Plus, with a destination already determined, is this tampering of sort?
