Sign and trades don't really work in the NFL.. if he was a part of the trade they'd just send without extending, and it would get his base salary off of the books. He's staying.

Yeah this was talked about even before the Watson rumors came about, so I don't think the move is related, so I wouldn't freak out about Chuancey or Paulson being a part of the deal.
