I thought Curry did an ok job. Honestly players especially Carr was more responsive to him than Pete. But good luck to him and he will get another opportunity somewhere

Definitely a surprise. Seemed like he was a good coach, but at the same time I can see KK wanting to bring in his own guys to teach the new system to the players rather than having to spend time teaching his system to the old coaches.

I think Klay Kubiak or Brian Griese are 49ers coaches to watch for Saints passing game coordinator.

49ers probably promote Griese from QB coach to PGC so Klint’s brother may be our guy.

It would be a big step up for Klay Kubiak, but I had wondered about that too. If they could somehow get Griese that would be amazing. And while I like Curry, Griese seems like he would be an upgrade on Curry.

Kinda sucks, as I liked RC, but then I realized that he is tied to 2 top tier coaches in Harbaugh and Payton, so he'll probably be good. Would be interesting if he lands the Chargers QB coach position.

I know he was well liked and respected, but we haven't seen much from any QBs while he was QB coach and the passing game hasn't been great with him as passing game coordinator either. I wish him luck in his coaching journey and hopefully he can catch on with a team where he can excel.

I think Ronald Curry is a very brilliant football player and football mind. I understand why Klint Kubiak wants to bring in his own staff, though. This does signal Allen ceding the offense to him. As for Curry, he’ll be in the Curtis Johnson class of coaches I’d like to see succeed wherever they go, so long as it’s not to the Falcons.

I’ll take all three (Klint, Klay and Brian, plus OL coach Benton) Too much to ask? Technically we can promote Griese to our PGC, and Klay to Qb coach. Might as well aim high!

Well, an offensive overhaul was needed. Dennis is trying really hard to save his job. Maybe this will work if he just hands the offense completely to Kubiak. I supposed we were bound to lose some decent coaches to install the new scheme for the new OC.
