It was a 'tongue-in-cheek' thread intended to wet our appetite for the upcoming gameday conversations that will begin the middle of next month. This is a bad time of the year for me as it pertains to the hunger pains associated with not having a favorite team to pull for in any sport. Until the NFL preseason starts, all I personally have to anticipate is the Open Championship and the PGA Tour playoffs. Hopefully there will be some good stories from the Paris games in a few weeks.Bill is hardcore! I can't watch a game twice, haven't even watched the Super Bowl win more than once. Just can't do it.
I wasn't able to watch it last night but I enjoyed reading through the thread. Reminds me of the gameday chats.I am laughing that you are giving play by play to yourself and act as if the game has never been played
NEVER that Sheet storm on the gameday board. Chat is MUCH better! This thread belongs on the gameday board it seems.
J/k Fun read. I love how after the Eagles handed us heartbreak after a great 1992 season, we have pretty much owned them in playoff games ever since.
For whatever reason, it seems like we always match up with them or the Vikings. Those two teams are like our “playoff rivals.” It's pretty wild when you think about it, how we have never faced any other NFC East team in the playoffs, or the Packers for that matter.
On a previous TD drive, McCoy swept left with Harper coming up to meet him on the edge with LB Lofton coming in awaiting for the cutback.7 minutes left. The Eagles are driving for a go-ahead score.
Oh. You said "chats"... lolI wasn't able to watch it last night but I enjoyed reading through the thread. Reminds me of the gameday chats.
That's very 'Optimistic' of you.I remember going to the bedroom and just listening to the Shane Graham field goal. I haven't changed to this day.
I've been that way, even as a kid. That's very 'Optimistic' of you.
3 seconds left and it’s Shayne Graham for the win!!!

I was watching, too. Never dawned on me to come over to SR for the "game day" board. Great stuff, Bill.I was watching… getting ready for some football
