Brandin Cooks doesn't seem like a malcontent.

He's not Terrell Owens. He's not Randy Moss. He's not Ocho Cinco. He's not this massive diva wide receiver constantly craving attention.

He's a feisty guy. I just don't read him as the rebellious type when it comes to his production.

Sean Payton, Drew Brees and so many others within the New Orleans Saints organization have praised him for the past three years to no end. Many times I've heard Cooks described by Payton and Brees as someone who "aims to please."

He did bring this latest attention on to himself, though.

The reaction by Cooks after receiving no targets in the team's 49-21 drubbing of the Los Angeles Rams last Sunday should be deemed as one thing: poorly timed.
