ESPN has had playoff games for years, this isn't anything new. Did you boycott games on ESPN? At least it's way easier to setup and cancel streaming subscriptions than cable TV.

Who doesn’t have ESPN at this point? It’s a standard part of every cable package, I know some people do not have cable but that’s the exception rather than the norm.

It’s also easier these days to cancel cable, the streaming cable options like YTTV are month to month.

You’re still not answering the question. Why should we not watch the game because it’s being played on Peacock. Did you boycott Prime and ESPN? I’m not arguing, I’m trying to understand the issue.

I get what he is saying. Basically NBC has the game and instead of showing the game on NBC like normal they want to milk at least another $6 from millions of people. And the NFL is ok with it even though it doesn’t help grow the game. They are basically saying we are so big we can afford to piss off a large chunk of our normal viewers. That’s how I see it anyway.

I'm pro-streaming services, and I cut the cable prolly a decade or more ago, but Peacock is just NBC, the fact that you HAVE to stream it and they will not broacast it over the airwaves is HORSECRAP!

Peacock has alot of customers that don't even know they access to a free account. All Comcast customers have access to a free account. They just have to sign up useing their Comcast accout information. (Comcast owns NBC/Universal Studios)
