I think they look good, better than I expected. Will look even better with decals. They're just alternate helmets --- what did y'all want, another gold helmet?!

not sure if anyone watched the Penn State/Purdue game but Purdue has a helmet that looks just like the black Saints helmet. down to the mohawk looking stripe. Drew was on the sidelines. Not sure if he had anything to do with any of this but I found that quite interesting.

Don't worry people the black helmets aren't permanent. They're just an alternative for a game or two. The gold is not going anywhere.

I also didn't know other teams got black helmets too! I saw the Cardinals have a black helmet as well. They practiced in theirs with the decals on.
