We always have a WR longshot that shines every year, but more times than not, they fizzle out. Tipton's practice video clips were eye-popping. The separation he creates is amazing. So glad we kept him.

A few years back, Pierre and Colston never looked like rookies, neither did Holker and Rico along with Tipton. They simply look like they belong on an NFL 53.

Niko Lalos deserves it over Turner and Foskey. That’s so sad

I'm with you on Foskey, but I think Turner is a good bit better than Lalos. Although, Turner is likely to get injured and be out for the rest of the season come week 2 or 3. But, when healthy he's a good #4 DE.

I could be wrong, but I thought he was in camp and played some preseason before he had to serve jail time. Or maybe it was the opposite. But, it's been awhile so I don't really recall. He also may have been cut and put on the PS before being elevated, but it's all fuzzy to me.

I would’ve thought they could easily stash him on the practice squad, considering how many WRs are hitting the market.

I agree. Coaches holding on to their draft picks usually come back to bite them. Haslett was famous for sticking with his draft choices regardless of how bad they played.
