Great story for him to roll with his hometown team after they discovered a life threatening health condition for him earlier in FA. Going to be fun to watch both TEs thrive with Carr in our offense. Twitter "report" says he plans on playing on 2023. Hope the Saints front office did their homework with his doctors to confirm this, considering it is a 3 year contract with $8 million guaranteed.

When I read “He’s been cleared,” it makes it sound like he’s good to go.

Wish Schefter had provided some clarification there instead of it being a throwaway line at the end of a tweet. This is a significant detail.
