Welcome to being a popular team!

It's on the NFL Network this year, BTW.

well, this means the Saints get to start training camp a week earlier. so, there will be one less week of a boring summer in Louisiana.

So basically it's a game that none of us get to see...

The NFL can kiss my butt...

Get with the times...cable is overcharging you and making you upgrade to digital just to get the NFL network...switch to Directv..I did and I can watch all the NFL I want and it's not extra.

You have got to be kidding. That NFL network thing is really starting to tick me off.

Look, I understand your anger, but it is getting you nowhere fast. You need to realize that the NFL owns the NFL Network, which means it pockets the profit from advertising and from selling its channel to cable networks. Your best bet is to do what the Serenity Prayer says, "Accept the things you cannot change". Either you can go to a friend's house or buy a dish.

Yep. DTV is the way to go.

DirectTV is a wonderful option. And with the high cost of Cable is very competitive as well.....

Oh....and the service is much better than cable too.

The only negative is that weather can be a factor, though it has to be pretty bad.

Hey guys if you're local you'll get the game anyway i think. I'm not local anymore so I'll have to goto the sports bar. But hey, usually Saints pre-season games arent televized nationally so I'm happy about this.

I priced the different dish companies, and it's more for us, since we have multiple tv's and would have to get a receiver for each tv vs. one cable line for as many tv's as we want. Grrrr....

One thing that ticks me off, too....when we lived in NJ we TRIED to get a dish, but we couldn't because of all the trees behind our house; trees we couldn't cut down. And since Time Warner is the predominant cable carrier up there, that leaves many people with NO option to see many of these games. So yes, it's not fair.

Yes!! That's great news! Some publicity, well deserved!
