I honestly thought Trautman would be cut during the off-season, getting a 6th round pick to use on a projected 3rd round WR is a major plus in my book. I’m still troubled that we have no TE depth though.

Well we got AT Perry like a lot of y’all wanted and got rid of Trautman who wasn’t doing anything for us. Can’t be mad at that.

Good move to get ANYTHING for Trautman, with him obviously not being in the future plans. We can always pickup a blocking TE in FA.

Perry is another pick that makes sense; should be able to compete for a depth spot and has the high RAS score that the Saints love.
