I was wanting A.T. Perry two rounds ago.

He has the RAS that the Saints are looking for.

Analyst were just saying that can’t believe he was still there. Last year 81!catches over 1,000 yards and 11 tds. The year before broke a record in ACC and had 15 tds. He has the experience and production against solid competition. Also 6’4 200 and ram 4.47 in the 40 with long arms for a ridiculous catch radius. I love the pick. That’s value right there and move on from Trautman.

I’ll swap Trautman for a lotto ticket like Perry any day; however, was it really necessary to give up that 7th? Not a big deal, but still.

I think they wanted to get rid of that pick to get started early calling UDFAs, that starts another round of fun. What a day! Like most of the picks, couple head scratchers but good picks.

Meh, the only difference between a 7th rounder an an UDFA is you don't have to compete with other
teams to sign him. I like this move. Good coaching can correct his drop problems.

Nah…Trautman is just a body. Easily replaceable. You won’t get much more than what we got for a player of his ilk.

Getting rid of Fishman makes this an A+ move imo.

Trautman did make big plays occasionally and got one's hopes up that he would eventually become a good player, but he dashed those hopes over and over.
He definitely stunk up the field way too often.
