Actually Khalen, Magnesium works better for cramps. I was getting cramps almost every night for years even though I was knocking down bananas like a starved monkey in the Amazon... Then a Dr. told me to take magnesium supplements instead. I did, and the cramps stopped right away.

Yeah, I haven't gotten a cramp in forever. But there was a time where I didn't have any mag caps and just drank pickle juice before and during the workout. It worked, I guess. I don't know enough pickle science to support my claim. It's no big dill, I'm sure it's all kosher.
 
Where is folks confidence with Carr?
its too late for that, he's our QB lets roll with him. W/ that said, do you really want a rookie running a brand new offensive system? IMO, We're lucky to have a vet, a vet that's still in his prime, to run this system. I say that because this team HAS to win this year, to keep the continuity moving forward. Losing this year is not acceptable.

I don’t know if you remember, but back in our HS days, it was yellow salt tablets and Gatorade

I do remember the salt tabs well... and if we were lucky, we would get a Gatorade break mid-practice. I don;t know what it was, but in those days they didn't seem to want us to hydrate until AFTER practice, so I would practically drown myself drinking water prior to practice.
