Saints will have 1st QB Competition in over 15 Years (1 Viewer)

Would it pose any cap or other problems if they put him back on the active roster for a single tribute game sometime during the year? Between league bylaws and the Players CBA it is probably not workable but maybe someone who knows the ins and outs could tell me if it is possible.

We were kinda cheated out of a "Final" game (we all assumed but it was still a question mark) Be fun to see him take a few snaps before the half and know it really is the last time. Then the Half could be devoted to a fan tribute followed by a street party/parade post game.
Another interesting scenario. It's week 15 and the playoff-bound Saints are sitting at 11-3 when on a swing pass to Hill, Winston's leg gets rolled up on and tears an ACL, and Hill's ankle is broken on the tackle.

Brees comes out of retirement and beats the Cheifs in the Superbowl.

OK, I'm done drinking for the day!

DaYam dude. How about a bad Stomach Flu or food poisoning (Crab Legs?) ya dint have to send them to surgery.

Not true, mac jones will be the starter

He is about as fleet as a Mack Truck in a McDonalds Drive Thru. Not sure an immobile QB is the future of the NFL.

In a left handed compliment a scouting report said "he is not a statue"

Maybe they could also bring back Deuce to get him his proper send-off. He kind of got cheated as well.
