There are toy cleaners and 70 isopropyl alcohol. Also depends on the type of dildo. Unless the dildo is like glass or metal, putting them in the dishwasher is a bad idea.

To solve your and Nisey’s concerns, I imagine an indoor train/conveyor belt system (or like some sushi restaurants)
Just grab the one you want when it comes around, put it back in the first empty slot when you’re done (phrasing) and its first pass is in a mini car wash situation In the next room
