Sean "Diddy" Combs houses were raided by Feds (Update: Diddy charged) (2 Viewers)

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Another woman sued Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, alleging that the music mogul and his head of security raped her and recorded it on video at his New York recording studio in 2001.

The lawsuit filed in federal court in New York, the latest of several similar suits against Combs, comes a week after he was was arrested and a federal sex trafficking indictment against him was unsealed.

Thalia Graves alleges that when she was 25 and dating an executive who worked for Combs in the summer of 2001, Combs and Joseph Sherman lured her to a meeting at Bad Boy Recording Studios. She said they picked her up in an SUV and during the ride gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug.”

According to the lawsuit, Graves lost consciousness and awoke to find herself bound inside Combs’ office and lounge at the studio. The two men raped her, slapped her, slammed her head against a pool table and ignored her screams and cries for help, the lawsuit alleges.

At a news conference in Los Angeles with one of her attorneys, Gloria Allred, Graves said she has suffered from “flashbacks, nightmares and intrusive thoughts” in the years since.

“It has been hard for me to trust others to form healthy relationships or even feel safe in my own skin,” Graves said, crying as she read from a statement.

She said it is “a pain that reaches into your very core of who you are and leaves emotional scars that may never fully heal.”…….

he's mentioned as much here, so I don't think i'm telling tales out of class, but he initially took a break bc he was focusing on local (Toronto) education/govt activism - he stopped that when it began to affect his mental health
he'll pop in from time to time but it seems like (online) he's mostly on FB posting his Cajun cooking efforts (which seem incredible though my invitation to sample seems to have been lost)
Certainly hope he starts posting here again

NEW YORK (AP) — Sean “Diddy” Combs’ vast music catalog has seen a jump in streams since his arrest last week and the unsealing of an indictment against him.

Under his many musical monikers — including Diddy, Puff Daddy and P. Diddy — the industry data and analytics company Luminate said the mogul’s music saw an average 18.3% increase in on-demand streams during the week of his arrest compared to the prior week.

George Howard, a distinguished professor of music business management at Berklee College of Music, said he’s not surprised by the increase. To him, streaming is akin to a Google search of the artist as a means of satisfying curiosity.

“Music just becomes another piece of information as people try to comprehend the atrocities,” Howard told The Associated Press. “It’s like, ‘What would someone whose brain works like that, allegedly, what would their music sound like?’”…….

All those celebrities that love bringing that energy and giving their opinions on every other controversy under the sun are oddly quiet about this whole Pdiddy fiasco.
because in todays 'everything is a conspiracy' world, every single person who ever took a picture with Diddy or ever interacted with him is being labeled as guilty... kinda like how you are insinuating in this post...

Well, Diddy is the black Weinstein and Harvey was an open "secret" for years.
