I am very pleased how decisive Payton and Loomis have been in re-booting this team 2006-style this off-season. Very, very excited for Sunday and the rest of 2015.

Yeah, I think he's making it a priority to be a bit more in tune with that facet of the team this season....

Yes, the second point is valid indeed.

However to the first poster's statement, I'm willing to bet you'll find footage from last year of Sean Payton raving about the captains too. In all fairness it doesn't matter because one, I can't actually produce said footage and two, these pressers are just media "lip service" at the end of the day.
