Grandson HS is tonight, really glad it's indoors.
It's looking like it may not be as bad as expected.

No severe weather here but we're now on day 5 of a low sitting stalled off the coast bringing in easterly winds with clouds and intermittent drizzle with temps in the upper 50's to upper 60's. Local weather says 3 more days of mid-late march weather

I'm sorry but I have to brag on this kid. He's graduating Summa toss custard laude with a GPA of 4.4 or 4.5. Over the top proud of him.
Disclaimer: He did not get it from me. It embarrasses me to think back on little effort I put into high school.

right?! LOL- but High School for us wasnt really same as it is today. ( as far as grades/moving on to college etc etc )

Can confirm it was pretty wild... I arrived home just as it hit... Came in super fast. Within one hour, got really dark, rain/wind like hell, then almost sunshine again. Most area school districts are closed today.
