So do we play the starters or not? (1 Viewer)

Of course you play your starters. And if the Falcons get up by 3 touchdowns then you take your guys out.

then again if we enter the 4th quarter up 4 TDs... maybe we pull them there too regardless of Atlanta's score

So what do we do? Anything can happen as we saw with the Vikings and Eagles game. We have an inside chance for the division and HFA, but our fate rests in the hands of the terrible Carolina Panthers. Should be take a risk on something that barely has a chance of happening?

You play the starters. It doesn't matter what Atlanta does. We have to beat the Bucs first.

If Atlanta is blowing out Carolina at Half, the starters are done. No doubt about it.

I don't know if anyone else noticed but it is ironic that his avatar has faith in it and yet he is asking this question. :jpshakehead:

Payton will pull them as soon as he's sure they can't help, but the Eags set the bar high with that win against the Giants.

Like someone else said, I wish the Falcons game was a noon game and ours was at 3:15. Because of this, we're gonna be playing the game with one eye and watching the scoreboard with the other. Or at least, I'm certain the coaches will.

Don't want any distractions, because if the Falcons and we both lose, I'm gonna be ******.

The Dome can choose not to show the scores of the other games. I am sure if it will be a distraction the coaches will request that it not be shown.

I certainly hope the dome staff does a better job of updating us with the score of the atl-car game than what they usually do on a weekly basis.

Don't be surprised if they don't show that game's score at the Superdome during the Saints game. I can definitely see Payton requesting this.
