So what odds do you give Carolina next week? (2 Viewers)

No chance. Zero. Zilch. No-way

We blew when we allowed the Falcons to win that game in the Superdome. But The saints will again rewrite the history books and go all the way as 5th seed!!
It would be great to do that but didn't the Steelers do it just a couple of years ago? I think they won three on the road and then beat Arizona in the SB.

They did it and they didn't even get the benefit of a gimme in round 1.

The guys on Sirius were just talking about the very real possibility of the Packers getting the 6 seed, winning their first two and the Saints hosting the NFC Championship.

Imagine that!

The odds are better that our sun will go red giant and consume the Earth.

Just sayin.

Who would have thought that the 13-1 high-flying Saints would lose to the 2-12 Tampa Bay Bucs team at home, with homefield advantage on the line and them starting a rookie QB?

Nothing is impossible folks.

If CAR and ATL played each other 10 times, the Panthers win 2 of them. Hopefully Sunday is their day.

I have so much faith in this guy right now. I am saying they are in the high teens in terms of their odds of winning.

Carolina can win if they adopt the Oakland model. Oakland knows it has no QB, so they stick extra TE's or linemen in and run power O with hard play action to speed receivers outside. Clausin would only have one option, throw it deeeeeeep or throw it out of bounds, maybe 1 out of every 3 plays. The real issue is can the Carolina D put the breaks on the faclowns O. That depends on who starts and how dinged up everyone is after this short week.

This is the NFL, not college football, the disparity in talent between any two teams is never enough to guarantee a victory. If one team turns the ball over or gives up a big special teams play the other team always has a fighting chance to win. This is how we lost to Arizona (who Carolina beat) and Cleveland this year. Ditto the Bucs loss last year.

That said, the Falcons have been a disciplined team this year so I think it is a long shot but if anything it will be interesting to see how they respond to last night's loss with so much on the line.

didn't the AMAZING pats get beat by the browns too
I give carolina the same chance people gave the browns in that game

the odds are definitely against them but anything can happen.

"Any Given Sunday".

Last season no one thought the Bucs would beat us and they did. Hopefully the Panthers do the same to Atlanta.

Any Given Sunday....just not next Sunday in ATL.

We got our W, ATL will get their W on Sunday.

No worries we are in the dance.
