Sources: Dennis Allen’s recent mishandling of Kendre Miller’s injury created internal frustration, Miller currently healthy but can’t play (4 Viewers)

I mean, some of these guys are 20 or 21 years-old so while they look like grown men, they still have a lot of growing to do. I'm sure someone like Miller came of of college with no hamstring issues and had no idea how to avoid them or what to do when he started having the problem. DAs approach might work with guys like AK, Demario, and Cam, but it's not necessarily work with younger players who haven't yet learned what it means to be a professional.

The guy you are responding to has lost any grasp he had on reality......DA was an absolute trainwreck of a HC and clearly mismanaged personnel issues.....Yes, players at the pro level still need a HC (and staff) to demand accountability.....and your 1st sentence speaks volume, I also would add that age is not necessarily a perfect gauge of maturity....

If you don't trust Goodell's intentions and accusations then why are you mentioning it? ANYTHING RG does to this franchise is just some sort of vendetta
trying to consider all viewpoints, and acknowledge them, even if i disagree. i like to think I'm making an attempt to be "open-minded".

I am not defending or excusing his actions…I think he’s reading the room poorly, shouldn’t be so convinced that DA was the right guy, and he’s certainly coming off as being a little unlikable with his words lately, but I just don’t find that grounds to fire a 20+ year GM.

If Mickey was some guy we just hired three years ago, I’d probably feel differently.
fire him, the world has changed. Need young blood
