I think he wants the Bucs to win because the Lions would steamroll them. But think about it this way, whoever the Lions face is getting CJ in full pest mode.

I hate Collinsworth but he said that the defenseless rules are for high hits, so defenders are going low to avoid the penalty. Don't be shocked when basically every offensive player has a "strike zone".
