I am not surprised neither Cook or Hopkins has not signed with another team yet. I’m sure they eventually will but not for the big bucks they are asking. The money is just not there. OBJ should count his blessings.

If anything happens to MT13, DHop would be who I’d want. Not sure if they could coexist or if there would be enough attention to please both of them on the same roster with young stunnas like Olave and Shaheed.

I would love to get Hopkins on our team as insurance against Mike going down again. This team is set up for a major run, especially with our schedule. Hopkins would almost guarantee that for us.

D-Hop is taking his sweet time. Arizona is on the hook for 22 mil that in dead money. He's fine.
Same for Dalvin Cook as well. Wait until training camp kicks off. Phones will be ringing.

Honestly, I'd take Hopkins over Cooks. His concussions always bothered me. He's still good though. Hopkins worries me too because injuries have derailed him the past two years. I do see the skillset of each of them being valuable in our system.

Dalvin Cook bruh...but yeah Cooks' concussions bother me as well. Dude get concussed from sneezing too hard nowadays.

But I just don't see either going anywhere until after TC starts...watch they both end up on the Jets, KC, or Miami or something...its going to piss us off whereever they end up.

Hard truth... neither are worth what they thought they were. The NFL issues no apologies. Dalvin has maybe one good season left if he can stay relatively healthy. Hopkins maybe 2-3, but neither will get elite paydays at this point. Better for them to wait for the right scenario.

Yeah. If we didn't have the backs we have I think we would have made a run at Dalvin. But no way we do that with AK, Williams & our rookie.

Cook will end up signing with the Dolphins unless some surprise team shows up. They tried to trade for him and now have an offer on the table, yes, he turned it down. But still, he’ll likely end up there. Can’t believe he thinks he should get 10 million a year right now. Originally he said he should get McCaffrey money which is 16 million a year and a complete joke.

The thing is, of these 2 players, Cook is the only one we could use because of Ak's looming suspension. @ receive, Hunter Renfrew is what we need. He's a true slot receiver, and we currently don't have one. Yes, it would cost us draft capital, but not an early pick. The raiders are tanking this year. Probably would only cost us a late round pick and he wouldn't break the bank.

No surprise to me... they can sit and wait this out until a team suffers an injury or give a team a reason to give them the money that they want. No need to jump into a situation when you can find a better one later. Plenty of time. They can wait this out through preseason.

Not surprised. This is a lull period in free agency. Teams have rookies and undrafted Free Agency players to evaluate, and rosters are largely full and need to be trimmed down. Barring any big injury I don't see either of them getting the $$ they want at the moment and they are content to not be in training camp and will sign somewhere closer to the start of the season, after rosters have been cut down.
