I can't belive people make sauce out of this stuff.

LOL... Funny thing about tartar sauce- I've always been a fan, can't eat fried fish without it- but I hate mayonnaise and I hate sweet pickles, which, as far as I know, are the main ingredients in tarter sauce. Figure that one out....

Grated onion, garlic, dill pickle, lemon juice, cayenne hot sauce and chopped stuffed olives go into mine along with the mayo and sweet pickles.
Your oddity is not so odd... I for one love fried okra and okra gumbo, but I would starve before eating smothered okra or pickled okra. And I know of others who have likes for foods done one way but not another.... such as hate ketchup on a burger, but love it with frys!
i've got so much tartar.. i don't have to dip my fish sticks in (anything)

actually, that's kinda gross. i'm not really sure how much tartar i have, but I would assume it's an average amount.
