That play where the refs ignored Abram's TO signal while being hurt was utterly despicable. (1 Viewer)

It's also a rule for the officials to stop the play for a player injury! Dude was in obvious distress well before the snap!

Edit: Your assertion is only true for time outs called from the side-line, ANY PLAYER IN THE FIELD OF PLAY CAN CALL A TIME OUT.

That's true. But I really don't think that Abram was hurt. I think he tried to call the time out, which should have been granted, and then when they didn't grant the time out he went down thinking they would call a timeout for an injury. That's how it looked to me. He didn't grab his back until after he tried to call TO several times.

It was unbelievable. I simply do not trust the NFL anymore. I mean, the Bucs were favored by 3.5...momentum was clearly in the Saints favor but nope. Gotta start figuring out how to alter the outcome.
Look, I'm with you on officiating not being good. But, they had nothing to do with 2 3 and outs right after the half with the lead. They had nothing to do on the Godwin TD when Taylor hits him with the shoulder and fails to wrap up. And they had nothing to do with the Bucs running it slap down our throat all 2nd half. So, I agree there were some bad/missed calls, but when you lose 51 to 27, it ain't all them.

It’s one of those situations where you ask…. Where’s Lane Kiffin when you need him? That’s all I got.

I agree... But at that point from what I remember.. The game was close. Just saying it feels like the refs nudge it one way or another sometimes

Bucs had 12 penalties, we had 7. Where was it skewed in their direction. We got our arses handed to us. We had a punt return for a TD, 3 picks and put up 27 points. Not on refs. I'm sorry.
