Update The 2022 Saints undrafted free agent class (2 Viewers)

Not sure what it is but watching Krull reminds me of Gronk. Not the fastest but uses body position and length to create throwing windows.

Great speed. Reminds me of Deonte Harty. If he becomes our return man (at least kickoffs) then Deonte could focus more on receiver where he’s shown the ability to get open and has better hands than I expected.
Not just speed, but the ability to see those seams through a mass of bodies is something you can't teach.

The Saints have announced 17 UDFA signings. The OP's post needs another update:

New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Sunday, May 1 that the club has agreed to terms with the following rookies following the conclusion of the NFL Draft; defensive backs DaMarcus Fields, Vincent Gray and Jack Koerner, safety Smoke Monday, linebackers Joel Dublanko, Isaiah Pryor and Nephi Sewell, offensive linemen Sage Doxtater,Lewis Kidd, Derek Schweiger and Eric Wilson, kicker John Parker Romo, punter Daniel Whelan, running back Abram Smith, tight end Lucas Krull and wide receivers Rashid Shaheed and Dai'Jean Dixon.

I would be surprised if we moved one of the most dynamic return men in the NFL off of special teams.
Why? We all clearly saw how capable of a WR he can be with Winston, no? Look at it another way; where have all of Hardy's injuries come from? Kicks and punts. Has he actually gotten injured playing WR? The team realizes how valuable Hardy can be to the offense, so why risk him on punts? Just like KC took Hill off punts.

That narrative can be further enforced by looking at the return clips of Rashid. He obviously has some level or vision when it comes to returns. Could that not happen? Sure, but the math adds up.

If you're referring to Hardy/Harris, then yeah. But it seems like the staff is ready to transition him to a legit WR and off of special teams - where most of his injuries seem to come from. This guy is a bit bigger, so would probably be able to handle the bigger hits ST delivers.
Well, that usually is kinda the normal progression as return guys expand their value to become offensive weapons. Always seems a shame to stop using players in the role in which they excelled, though.

Football is football, if he gets hurt on a return it doesn't mean he'd be safer playing offense, Michael Thomas got hurt playing offense. Shaheed is another speed reciever a guy we need on both offense and special teams he is a WR prospect.

Fair enough. But at the same time, it's not a coincidence that nearly all of his injuries came from punt and kick returns, where hits/tackles tend to be the most punishing. He's remained healthy and an x-factor at WR, and the fact that they gave a UDFA in Shaheed a fairly sizeable contract says that's where it's heading regardless. I mean, obviously it's possible that Harty stays on ST, as well. Hard to say until the season rolls around, I guess. Just makes a lot of sense to me.

So excited about Smith, he was a beast at Baylor. Odd running style but physical and raw. Krull is propably better than Fish already, really wanted us to grab Dixon if we could as I think he's better than the So Bama dude we grabbed last year, and a big Smoke Monday fan. Being in KY I've seen Dublanko play a lot and the dude is a producer. Never heard of Shaheed but those numbers are impressive.
