By the time I had a cup of coffee and settled into the office I was only able to buy a share of GME at 114. Hit 107 earlier.

AMC got super cheap too. Koss too….BB too…etc

I was watching that also and thought that they would keep plateauing but they went UP.

I managed to dump my puts at open. Only got one buy in before the rally left me behind. I’m not complaining. Finished the day up 25% from opening bell and about 8% overall. I bought 200 $1 puts on VEON last week at $.01, sold them today at $.25 for 2500% win. Didn’t have much invested but that is why I like buying cheap hedge insurance to limit big downside risk.

Cinemark just reported its earnings, and they beat on both revenue and EPS, and more importantly, reported a profit. This is an AMC competitor, but this, along with IMAX's successful report earlier this week, is HUGE news for the movie industry in general.

This is a former Citadel employee that is very pro-retail these days and been very vocal about it for months. He seems to be hinting towards something major coming here, comparing it to January 2021. I was already bullish about these next two weeks, with AMC's earnings coming out Tuesday, Batman coming out Wednesday, the new transparency regulations coming online, and the deadline for futures rollovers coming on 03/10, and this seems to validate that feeling.
