Analysis The Top 10 Guards In The 2025 Draft (3 Viewers)

Miles Frazier is an interesting prospect. He fits more of a power run scheme. But he could probably be adequate enough to fit our zone scheme.

#7- Miles Frazier- (LG/RG) LSU (6'5"/325#)
Frazier is a versatile player with experience at multiple positions along the offensive line. He is a powerful run blocker who can drive defenders off the line of scrimmage and create lanes for RB's. Frazier is a mauler in the run game. Power run teams will have him high on their boards.
In pass protection, Frazier shows good awareness and ability to pick up stunts and blitzes. His pad level can be inconsistent at times playing too high and negating his natural power advantage. His pass protection technique needs some refinement.
Frazier is a mid-round prospect with starter potential if he cleans up his pad level and improves his hand timing. Frazier could be a solid day one contributor with upside to develop into a reliable multi-year starter.

Run from this, you good bro? lol man you are taking this way too serious.

If I could draft the rights to Dylan Raiola, Arch Manning or Nico Iamafuturehalloffama when they come out after another two years of starting you couldn't pay me to draft Shedeur. Those are real NFL prospects. This is a bum class and Cam Ward is still solidly #1 to me, not even close.
Agreed. If Sanders oversized ego doesn't crash him at the NFL level, his attitude will. He's got loser written all over him.

All of the sudden, Guards are as tall as Tackles. No wonder they get hurt so often. What happened to the theory that low man wins?

In any event, we need to upgrade at least 2 OL, IF we can stay healthy.

Why I like Donovan, 6’4” and built like a dump truck.

I hear you. It looks like O-Linemen are getting more massive every year and still have the athletic ability and agility as smaller players. They just amaze me. But with with some of these behemoth DT's & NT's, that's the type of Guards we need to stop that pressure up the middle.

We are going to have to add some size/strength up the middle since we keep getting bullied. We actually need size/strength up the middle on both sides of the line. It's embarrassing watching an NFL team, especially the one I'm a fan of get bullied in a sport that is embodies physicality.

Are there any other Guard prospects you want me to post PFF Draft Cards for?

If you can help out with that, it would be much appreciated. Once I'm done with the Guards, I'm going to start with DT's & NT's. Those are the most important positions the Saints need to shore up in the 2025 draft.

No problem. I'm probably going to do something for the WRs. I might resurrect that thread I posted a few years ago breaking down WRs and putting the current draft class into my spreadsheet. I doubt the FO would draft any of them, but it helps me a lot for my fantasy teams.
