even with a good officiating crew, we were screwed on both challenges. our defense looks great, then next set of downs looks like the worst D in the league. rinse and repeat. they pulled through when it mattered though.

You mean Jenkins > CJ.

It's quite interesting that as soon as the falcons took the lead in their game, the officiating in our game improved.

The implication I'm making is that the refs have a mandate from the league to keep the NFC playoff race tight, making the remaining games must see tv. I'm not saying that's true; I generally try to remain as skeptical as possible about such things. But man, they made it hard today.

It seemed clear the refs didn't want the Saints to cover the spread and almost costed us the game.. Most biased officiating I've ever seen against us.

I pretty much "checked out" during the game and just accepted the loss because I was getting so ****** off at the situation. This helped me from flipping out about it.

That game was excruciatingly terrible to watch.

And ultimately, that's the problem. The refs sucked all the fun out of that game.

I'm relieved we won. But I didn't enjoy that experience. I felt jobbed the entire time, like we were on some tangent in the space-time continuum that we shouldn't have been on. We should have been up like 14 points in the first quarter.

I'm sure the Titans fans felt the same way. Which can only mean one thing: those refs sucked.

In order to add to your paranoia, I give you think link:

The fix might be in, but at least we know the fix is in for us. :9:
