Mudd was on crutches, on the sideline. Not sitting down.

Well, apparently not enough because with a hip replacement, they want you up, moving around and putting weight on it right away. That's not the case with Payton's surgery and it's probably the reason he can't be on the sideline.

I seriously doubt that Mudd's doctors want him on the sideline where he can get bowled over at any minute.

I doubt it too, but a hip replacement is not a surgery where they don't want you to put any weight on it for 8 weeks. In fact, they want you to start walking as quickly as possible. I'm not sure how Payton could be on the sideline without putting any weight on the knee.

According to this, there are forms of hip replacement surgery where you can put weight on the leg immediately:

"If you have undergone cemented or hybrid hip replacement, you can put some weight on the leg immediately using a can or walker, and you should continue to use some support for 4 to 6 weeks to help the muscles recover."

Yeah, knowing the systems y'all are running, I figured it was something like that.

Anybody know what the delay of game penalty was on Robinson that gave the Bucs a first down after their punt in the second quarter? I've never heard that call on the defense before. Especially not during a play.

No idea what it was, but I've seen it called on defense before in instances when they kick the football after a play like in frustration
