I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. I go to yoga but apparently it’s not enough. I’m sure the hip flexor issue is from weight lifting. It started 2 months ago. I’ve been lifting for a year now so who the hell knows.Yeah, my lower back has been acting up lately. I've never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Not sure why it's started acting up the last few months.
I've tried some walking and stretching. I get some relief, but doesn't always work.
Hope you're able to figure out what causing it and come up with a plan to deal with it.
Yeah, I think my issue is related to sitting a lot while working. Need to get up a bit more often and give my lower back a break.I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. I go to yoga but apparently it’s not enough. Got the Golden Age pass for Assateague Island state park. This gives me lifetime access to the park for $10. Can't get it until you're 62 so if you're younger than that **** offWhen you get excited about the AARP discounts.
Are you still jogging? My low back & hips have been killing me for 2 months straight.
Wait until you go to your PCP and he/she tells you "Well, you're not getting any younger, and these things happen with age"I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. Hell no! I had to stop running few years ago but have been wanting to get back into it lately even though I know it’s not good for me.Are you still jogging?
That sounds like it might be a shoe/foot strike issue
I’m sure sitting all day in front of a computer doesn’t help.Yeah, I think my issue is related to sitting a lot while working. Need to get up a bit more often and give my lower back a break.
And yeah, the weightlifting definitely can be the culprit for hip flexor issues. Your guess is as good as mine on how to address it. Good luck.
Oh hey, me and dating!but have been wanting to get back into it lately even though I know it’s not good for me.
No doubt. While it's just during work, I do have a Lego hobby after work and that involves some sitting and I do go out for an hour long brisk walk most days.I’m sure sitting all day in front of a computer doesn’t help.
Have you tried a chiropractor? I went several times in the last couple of months and it has helped me a good bit. Neck and lower back.I’m sure sitting all day in front of a computer doesn’t help.

Walking is super underrated but so good for us.No doubt. While it's just during work, I do have a Lego hobby after work and that involves some sitting and I do go out for an hour long brisk walk most days.
