Stud: There is but one stud on this line, and his name is Jared Veldheer (+22.2). Emerging as one of the better left tackles in the league, he’s not quite lockdown yet, but he’s pretty close.

Dud: From the first snap Willie Smith (-19.0) was on the field he looked like a guy who was going to have trouble with speed rushers. And so it proved. He made Khalif Barnes look like a world-beater by comparison.

Summary: The zone blocking scheme was a huge failure, and once again it feels like this unit is starting from scratch. Mike Brisiel looked like an ill-advised signing for a team short on funds and so it proved, meaning only Veldheer and Stefen Wisniewski are guys you can count on heading into 2013.

Go look up the 2016 line that you were referencing as not being very good.

Sorry wrong yr. they were #7,but you did say with a good Oline the QB would get 8-9 wins and he they got 12. Quite a bit more and DC was 3rd in the MVP voting

I have no idea what you are talking about. I don't think I said anything about wins. All I said was that the 2016 Raiders had a good offensive line. Maybe you're confusing my posts with someone else?

By all accounts his just b appears safe, nothing fickle about that and it's been discussed through league reports.

He was exposed and has never been the same since. look it up, never been the same since.

I’ll give Carr’s play a pass because he’s clearly played through multiple injuries including shoulder injuries. The OL play has been bad, the running game non existent at times and playcalling terrible.

But his attitude stinks and he gets no pass on that one.

You will enjoy your drafts when he burns every 1st and 2nd round picks into ashes because he somehow thinks hes a great talent evaluator.

The only 1st or 2nd rounders from his era are Kolton Miller, and Josh Jacobs. Jacobs being overrated.

We are still paying almost 20 mill for Nassib, Littleton, Drake, Joyner and so on.

They havnt been on the roster for 2 years, they come off the books this offseason.

You also get a guy who has no problem sharing pics of topless cheerleader, you know... employees, amongst his co workers.

Also sends out racist and homophobic emails, In The Workplace, without a care in the world.

Classy guy Mr Jon Gruden is, apparently DA and Carr have no problem with that.

And how far did they go? How many playoff games did they win with Carr? My point is less about the number of wins and more about what we can do with Carr, whether we have a good offensive line or not. We cannot go far with Carr, period.
