N/S Today’s games (2 Viewers)

Yup. Mickey is a dolt for not dropping Allen during the mini-Bye following the Denver Thursday game.

He had a perfect spot to salvage the season and his ego pooped it away.
I'm not buying, it was Mickey's call in the first place. That was a Gayle call. My guess is Mickey would have kept with DA till the end of the season. I hope Ms Gayle's people pick the next coach. I would rather let Ms. Gayle's lawn guy, pick the Saints new head coach. Rather then let Mickey Loomis do it.

Speaking of LawnGuys, whatever happened to LawnGuy Dave, his analysis was always spot on. @saint_drago

That was some WWF level BS

Maybe beats the Minnesota Miracle when you put together those three improbably plays (Cowboys return for TD, Commanders 85 yard TD, missed PAT)

Whiners are really bad at math.

It’s funny how all off-season they were the model-franchise used by many here on the board as the standard of roster we need to achieve to win, and here they are about to be one measly game better than we are near the end of November.

It’s almost as if most teams’ rosters are top heavy and injuries will wreck any team’s season when they have a ton of starters out all at once and/or at key positions.

They were lucky to find Purdy so they were able to max out contracts on other players. Be interesting to see what they do when his contract comes up

Yep. Having a star on a rookie deal, especially a late round rookie deal, at that specific position is pretty much the biggest financial advantage a team can acquire in the NFL right now above anything.

If Purdy keeps being good they will always be ahead, all thier key pieces are already locked up.

Purdy gets paid, then thier pieces are up a year or two later, when the cap keeps increasing a good bit

They also spent 3 1st round picks on Trey Lance. That roster could have been really spooky.
