That's really close. A lot of people will assume it's over just from the look of it, but the entire ball has to have passed over the entire line, if any part of it is even slightly over the line, it's still in. There's one angle where it looks like it probably is entirely over, but another where it looks like maybe it isn't.

Goalkeeper should have grabbed it regardless.

Ref, if he stayed in same position as the cross came in, had no clear line to see the ball as the GK would have blocked any sort of view. You cant tell from video where he "ended up" ( like as cross came in, should have drifted a bit more middle )

but i do agree that the GK should have made SURE that ball was clearly out. Too lackadaisical on that one.

IT was the European National Cup. ( shortened to EuroCup ) but then became UEFA European Championship ( league - informally "Euros" )

So my guess here, they are attempting to display their "football knowledge" calling it by its original name.

OR the owner is 70-80 years of age, and refuses change.
