Addressing this in general vs specie to what DA did/not do

I don’t know if it’s helpful to look at this in a binary or compare it to what we did in peewee ball
These are world class athletes most of whom have individualized training routines
I’ve seen the warmups at camp and there’s not much to them - not much more than theater kids playing zip zap zop before class - more of a mental coming together than any actual training
(Not underplaying the benefit of mentally coming together)
I’m sure there are plenty doing a warmup that suits their needs best

On any given in season practice, you probably have about half who are going to go a full practice
The other half will have some sort of moderation
There’s not going to be a one sized fits all approach to warming them all up

All that being said, it seems DA’s biggest issue was not being able to communicate intentions
Keeping some older ideas, maybe bringing in his own; but no one seemed to know details and specifics
That’s where the culture got lost
 
So far I’m really liking what I hear out of Rizzi. Addressing soft tissue injuries, and if this is being said you know Allen wasn’t doing it. It should, should, help with the injuries
So help me, if we don't have another hammy or groin injury for the rest of this season, I'm going to hunt down Dennis Allen and let the air out of all his tires!

I'm about 90% with you on that and yet, stretching should be mandatory lol, because not all people will do what they are supposed to do 100% of the time.

And I’m surre you’re right Elias. You know some just won’t do it without being forced, and I wonder if that correlates to who gets injuries. I’m sure they k ow who they are. Probably mostly the youth guns who still think they are bullet proof

It's the blessed to see another day curse. Mocking an oft injured player's spiritual mantra for likes during training camp, then hoping to have a healthy season? And the team is called the Saints? And they play in New Orleans?

When I played sports, back in the dark ages, they called it calesthenics. We did them before practice and games. Stretching was part of this. I find it difficult to believe it was only voluntary. Do they do this in high or college still.

So many of them show up to camp not conditioned and out of shape.

Bad Voodoo or not, it needs to be mandatory

My kids play high school athletics and it's 100% part of high school ball.
