For me it's a tie between better luck with injuries and more explosiveness leading to more points scored on offense.

Believe it or not I felt even though lapses occurred the Defense played well overall. Even without yielding alot of turnovers they had their moments stopping teams when it mattered most minus the Bengals game.

For me, it’s easily the QB play. Teams live & die by it. 2 years in a row we’ve barely missed the playoffs due in large part to the suspect play of our QB. Now we have DC4 & Haener in house. I think there’s a clear night & day difference at our QB position. Let’s hope it translates on to the field.

1. Coaching.
2. Game planning/Proper use of on-field talent.
3. Accountability from the top down (players fall into this category along with the coaching staff).

If this team operates like they have an interim/substitute HC, even the highest level of player talent will be pretty much ineffectual.

Fewer injuries and a better turnover differential would be huge. We had a lot of key injuries and were on the "more injured" side of the NFL last season. It is almost impossible for both of those to get worse and it SHOULD net us better results, especially with one of the supposed easiest schedules in football. We regress to the mean on these two we should be able to add 3-4 wins to the schedule over last season.

Turnover differential, the Saints were -11 last season. Only the Colts were worse (-13).

Just pulling turnover differential to the mean, makes us 2 games better.

Better health compared to the previous two seasons.
