His ceiling is Super Bowl as it is a historical fact. That does not mean that it has been his recent trajectory. It also doesn't mean that he couldn't do it again in the future. He has to make the right choices and then get some luck.
The word about the saints is that they're a mom and pop shop. Mick is not serious about improving the FO because if he was he would be trying bring an outsider in. I apoaud him for bringing in a coach with no previous connections but you are delusional if you think that's the only change we need.

Lots of people think they are the guy when they have some success, until they get humbled. Loomis just got humbled when the owner fired his HC. For all he's done for the team, it seems he's earned the chance to change things up and do this one more time. I'd prefer a younger GM whose roots don't go back to the 1990's when the game was much different, but I don't think he's incapable either.
 
Fire the only GM that has EVER delivered CHAMPIONSHIP to the team and city...Great!!
