Grandma.
Come-on man!!!You never had him gather pecans when he was a kid? lol!!! I don't think I learned that in school.
Hell...I'm still trying to figure out where coconuts come from....
You're blaming him for blaming the schools.
It is truly a shame how many people cannot use the proper form of your/you're... I blame the schools.
You know this reminds me of the old Chicken, egg mystery... Remaining unsolved to this day.
Joe
See that may be the problem. We did not have a pecan tree when he was a kid. When I was growing up, picking pecans was our punishment. When my got home from work, he had better not find more than five pecans on the ground.
I remember sitting on the back steps watching for a pecan to fall.
That's a common one.
I see more mistakes with people thinking the word lose in sports is spell loose. You lose the game. You do not loose the game.
Or how about people thinking the word ridiculous is spelled rediculous?
Actually, "pee cann" seems to be the predominant pronunciation in Georgia.
they also eat "pray-leens"
disgraceful
How else would it be pronounced?
