This level of excuse making is a joke. We were 17-0 up against a team missing about 5 key starters. Collapsing like that is unacceptable and it falls on the shoulders of the head coach.

I said to myself, when it was 17-3 Saints and the Packers got the ball deep in their own territory… “Saints just can’t let them march down the field quickly and score”

…Packers awarded approximately 70yds via penalty over the next 2-3 plays… TD Packers.

I knew then the Saints were losing.

The offense is pathetic (even with Carr) but more so with Winston. The OL has ruined everything.

This team has no real future this season. They are not a contender.

We lost to the packers missing their best players. This is a Coaching fiasco. Pete needs to fix these concepts they played cover 2 when Carr went out. The Packers ran plays that continued the game for them againat rhe defense. Why cant our offense execute. This is a slight imlrovement from last season but this is who they are thia ia not a SB contender this is a Playoff pretender

Winston is in no way to blame. Most drives he started were screwed by penalties. He put us in a position to win the game. Playcalling was bad, as always.

Maybe we would have won. But that's speculating. IMHO this loss is on Allen (defense) Pete Carmichael (offense) I can't recall a running play attempted when Carr went out.

O-line sucks.
Carr gets hurt, no he didn't hold it for too long. Protection sucks.
Winston comes in and either playcalling is too soft or he isn't clicking with this group IDK.
Nothing but 3 and outs.
Defense is gassed quickly- plus it's been a short week with two consecutive road games.
Defense folds like a cheap lawnchair.

Especially as our rook kicker had a shot at the win at the end. Can't really put this one on his shoulders though.
