We are talking about the Pelicans. Not the Celtics. Very big difference.Or he could be more like Jason Tatum. Duke has produced a lot of very good to great NBA players
What does Duke University have to do with that?We are talking about the Pelicans. Not the Celtics. Very big difference.
Pelicans staff won’t know what to do with whoever we draft. Especially if Willie returns another season. Look how Dyson Daniels has blossomed in Atlanta. Hayes is starting for the Lakers. Let that sink in .What does Duke University have to do with that?
Do you think Tatum would be successful here? What does Duke University have to do with that?
First of all, Hayes is only starting because the Lakers have nothing for rim protection. Memphis just got nearly 70 points in the paint on them.Pelicans

So if your issue is with the Pels, why try to promote Ace and minimize Flagg? Hell why advocate for anybody in the draft if that is your opinion? It makes no sense whatsoeverDo you think Tatum would be successful here?
You compared Flagg to Tatum. Who would you compare Zion to when he was at Duke?So if your issue is with the Pels, why try to promote Ace and minimize Flagg? Hell why advocate for anybody in the draft if that is your opinion? It makes no sense whatsoever

Thanks Griff.Go back and read. You were talking up Ace (which I agree would be a good pick at the 4 spot) and I said I was still hoping to get Flagg. That was when you suggested that he wouldn't be good simply because Zion was from Duke which would indicate you had an issue with players from that school (otherwise your statement is completely irrelevant). I pointed out that Duke has put out a lot of good to great NBA players and named Tatum as an example.
Then you switched gears and said that the Pels suck and wouldn't develop him which begs the question why even talk about who we are taking at all if you are convinced it doesn't matter due to our lack of player development.
What part of what I said is inaccurate? Thanks Griff.
