Winston to Vikings? (1 Viewer)

He posted one earlier in the day that said it was fake that I'm pretty sure he deleted. I have his notifications on, so I definitely saw it. "This is fake" is the exact tweet, I'm fairly certain.
I seen it too. “This is fake” was Nick’s exact reply to the CJ account’s tweet in the OP. I should’ve screenshotted it but didn’t think that was something Nick would delete.

There should be a sticky thread saying not to post anything from CJ Golson account. He makes up stuff about teams every day to generate traffic off of gullibility.

No local or national reporters tweeting Winston to the Vikings is in talks should’ve been a dead giveaway that it was fake. No random account will have news before them.

No way you get a second for Winston. I would guess something like a 5th or 6th. I say this because the saints are not the best at negotiating player trades.

Actually nobody knows what we'd get for him until a deal is done. We'll get more for him from a team like the Vikings who don't want to waste their season after their QB1 went down to injury.

I love Winston. But nobody in thier right mind is giving a high round draft pick for him.

And if Minny did get him. Winston is not much of a threat to beat N.O.

He is in no way or shape familiar with thier play book

Winston and Saints’ 2025 7th for the Vikings’ 2024 6th

Vikings are not going to give us any kind of compensation for winston. They were done with cousins after the season anyway. This was the best case scenario now they can take draft one of the numerous NFL ready quarterbacks coming out of the draft and have money to spend on free agents. The Vikings will roll with hall and happily crash and burn.

Yup. They're used to never winning a SB, so packing it in this year early and saying "wait 'til next year" will work out for their coaches and front office, who can point to the Cousins injury for a mulligan, and will enjoy the cap space after they release Cousins or come to some sort of injury settlement.
