I would not trade my healthy backup. If Carr goes down, you rely on Hill? That takes away a huge weapon. Also leaves you with a rookie. Sorry, but no. Bad move imo.

Actually nobody knows what we'd get for him until a deal is done. We'll get more for him from a team like the Vikings who don't want to waste their season after their QB1 went down to injury.

I don't trust the Saints to get much they never have and if they did it would be because the Vikings are desperate and over pay. If the story has any truth to it to begin with.

What about luring Matt Ryan out of retirement? He might have a little gas left in the tank for maybe a half of a season possibly or is he totally and completely washed-up and too far past his prime to make a real, discernible difference for a team desperate to keep their season afloat.

And if Ryan is unavailable, do you take a risky maybe dangerous opportunity and bring in Carson Wentz as a possibility and see what he can do with maybe the best supporting cast he's had in nearly 5 years.
