That's easy. Another injury prone DE from a small school that hasn't really done much but puts up good number in the gym. You can never have too many guys on IR collecting a paycheck for just working out.

Trade back, get draft capital because we do not have the cap space to sign free agents. We need to get as many rookies on the roster as possible for the next 2 to 3 years.

Trade back into the late teens and pick up a late 2nd round pick. If anything, this teams needs an infusion of young players to compete for jobs and the draft is the only way we are going to be able to do that.
