Drafting 10th feels like we lost twice. Horrible season and still don't end up with a great pick

You think the Lions regret passing on premium position player like DE Lucas Van Ness for Jamyr Gibbs? I know they got Hutchinson so Van Ness probably wasn't ever going to be an option but my point is they took the talented RB over a premium position and Gibbs is helping them win games.

A strong run game and a do it all RB is a young QB's best friend. We saw how bad it got when we couldn't establish a run game or got behind early. If Jeanty is BPA then take him. We need talent.

I do strongly agree that we need talent.
We need talent at way more than just the RB position. Literally almost every position is in dire need of talent.

With no line, no running back will succeed.

Crazy pick: Saints do a 1st round pick swap and 3rd for JJ McCarthy. Darnold will take a team friendly 3-yr contract like Baker.

I guess you didn't hear that if Bowers was there he had a deal in place with the Rams to trade down last yr

Maybe they passed on Van Ness because they had Hutch. That's why BPA is a myth , it's BPA at a position of need

What would you do? Personally think he is better than all the QBs we have on this team combined granted that's not saying much..... I would entertain offers from teams possibly trading up.... if no takers.... He has all the NFL throws and he is accurate... just can't say he has the it factor... like I saw in Burrow against TX... really never been tested against the college elite.... Basically his decision to follow dad hurt his resume

If he's there at 10, pass. Trade down or take BPA who is not a QB. With this being supposedly a weak QB class, go with our current QBs next year and focus on other positions that need to be addressed.

I don't trust him. And his record at Colorado was sketchy at best. No doubt he's talented but winning in the NFL is another matter entirely. And I'd rather not deal with the meddling that will no doubt happen with Deion.

A lot we need, but if the top guys are gone I would prefer the safety Starks than a edge there. We are not good at all at the safety spot and need an infusion of good talent there.
