I do strongly agree that we need talent.
We need talent at way more than just the RB position. Literally almost every position is in dire need of talent.

With no line, no running back will succeed.

With almost every position needing talent then you just got to with the best guy on the board regardless of position. If it's Jeanty so be it. This offense is worse than watching paint dry, we need guys that can score.

I think the lines problem was the complete lack of depth and signing a backup in FA to be your starter (Lucas Patrick). Swap Patrick out with a legit starter, draft some depth and I think it'll be much better. Eventually you'll need to replace Ruiz but I don't think you can do that yet.

I can’t say it enough or too loudly, Saints need to trade down numerous times over next two drafts unless a franchise QB is there next year. I don’t think any of the ones this year are worth it.

But he will probably be the bpa, and by a large margin, another pick will probably be a reach. It looks like we will be picking 10th

Stiff?? Mykel has exceptional bend, and I agree that foskey is as stiff as they come but Mykel is absolutely not.

Will Campbell LT LSU. Slide Fuaga back to the right side where he most familiar. McCoy still at center. That’s three solid linemen right there. Penning can be depth. Then address the guard position in free agency or draft.

Love it but he won’t be there I’m afraid. I’m starting to think more and more it’ll be Jeanty and one of the tackles there.

CBS has him going #2 to the Titans who sign Darnold in FA. I can see that happening

We need guards and an upgrade at tackle although Penning did better than last year. We need depth at center but McCoy has been among the best centers in the league. This is first time I recall he’s been injured. Don’t need a starting center just depth.

Mykel has little to no bend. He plays incredibly upright and is stiff in his hips.

Abdul Carter for instance has exceptional bend.
